ClipTaro picks highlights from the transcript, so it works best on streams where you talk: commentary, reactions, just-chatting, podcasts and co-streams. It looks for hooks, reactions, jokes and hot takes, and scores each moment.
Silent gameplay without commentary won't produce good clips, because there's nothing for the AI to read.
Long VODs welcome
Upload a recording or paste the YouTube link to your VOD. Sources up to three hours long are supported, and you can choose up to 15 clips per video.
Facecam in frame
Face-aware reframing keeps you in the vertical frame. If you'd rather focus on a different part of the screen for a clip, move the focus in the editor and the preview updates instantly.
Captions for muted feeds
Most viewers scroll with the sound off, so every clip gets word-by-word animated captions burned into the video. Pick from Bold Pop, Karaoke, Boxed, Neon or Minimal, and change colours and position to match your channel.
Each clip also gets a title and a score with the reasons it was picked, so you can post the best moment from last night's stream first.
